NASHVILLE, TN – May 3, 2015 – Paul Lancelle, technical specialist for All Printing Resources, is the 53rd inductee into Flexographic Technical Association’s (FTA) most prestigious society, its Hall of Fame. The honor was bestowed at tonight’s Annual Awards Banquet, held in front of hundreds of flexography’s key players and thought leaders.

Lancelle’s service to the flexographic printing industry is nothing short of stellar. Currently the Excellence in Flexography Awards chairman, Paul has contributed articles for FLEXO Magazine, presented at various FTA conferences and events, and served as a chair of the 2003 Annual Forum staged in Salt Lake City, UT. Lancelle also has been an active participant on a number of FTA committees, contributing to a variety of FQC (Flexo Quality Consortium) projects and serving as vice chair of the Supplier Leadership Council. He sat as a member of FTA’s Board of Directors and served as chairman of Foundation of FTA’s Board of Trustees. His impressive resume notes his ambassadorship to the Australian and New Zealand Flexographic Technical Association (ANZFTA) and was a contributing author to FTA’s best-selling publications, Flexography: Principles & Practices (FP&P) and Flexographic Image Reproduction Specifications & Tolerances (FIRST). In 2009 Lancelle was also the recipient of FTA’s President’s Award.

Beyond FTA, Paul offered instruction at Clemson University, UW Stout, Western Michigan University, Fox Valley Technical College, Ryerson University and Dunwoody Institute of Technology. He has addressed the industry at Tissue World, Tag and Label Manufacturers Institute (TLMI), Twin Cities Flexo Association and the Canadian Flexo Technical Committee events.

Service is the common denominator in Lancelle’s professional and personal life. Married to Nancy, his high school sweetheart, for 33 years, the couple has grown children—one daughter, Katie and three sons, Garrett, Joe and Max. In 2009 the Lancelles were recognized as a Green Bay Family of Distinction, in recognition of their volunteer and community efforts. His family is an ardent supporter of the Down Syndrome Association of Wisconsin, Parents of Children with Cognitive Disabilities, the Green Bay Cerebral Palsy Center and Special Olympics.

His son Garrett observed, “A heart as big as Lambeau Field, my father lives everyday with a zest for life that is hard not to envy. His dedication to the flexographic industry over the last 30 years has always been inspiring. Equal to that is the love he pours into being a husband, father, and grandfather.”
