Dixie Graphics Makes Strategic Moves, Eyes New Opportunities

NASHVILLE, TN—Dixie Graphics, a leading provider of pre-media services for the printing and packaging industry, has restructured to better serve customers in existing and future growth markets.

Pat Meadows, president of DG, announced the changes effective immediately, including the appointment of Matt Williams as executive vice president. Williams, formerly VP business development, will oversee the company’s constant improvement and client-based direction while reporting to Meadows. He has been with DG since 2004.

Scott Hillstead joins the company as vice president, operations. Hillstead previously directed operations for Banta Corp., printing subsidiary of brand giant RR Donnelly, and served as general manager with Curtis 1000. He has more than 20 years of management experience in lean manufacturing and accelerating growth.

Johnna Imel will take on the newly created account services director position, leading DG’s team of account and project coordinators. Imel, whose prior experience includes packaging management roles with Sara Lee Corp. and Shawk, brings expertise with client-based technology and client-focused team leadership to DG.

Toni Beauchamp joins DG as client care coordinator, a role in which she will oversee internal and external company communications and ensure the best possible experience for all.
