OKLAHOMA CITY, OK—Maxcess International, a global leader in innovative products and services for the web handling industry, has signed a purchase agreement to acquire the Guiding Systems Business from Fives North American Combustion, Inc. Headquartered in Cleveland, OH, the Fives North American Guiding Systems Business will integrate with Fife Guiding Systems, under Bertram Capital owned Maxcess.

Fives North American Guiding has more than 50 years experience providing innovative technologies for the web handling industry.
