This month, Lead Lasers is proud to introduce a new release of its FlexoStar anilox system: The ScreenMaster
The ScreenMaster is a high performance, precision engraver for all your anilox requirements. The unique ability of the “moving laser” FlexoStar to utilize precision YAG Fiber lasers, means that the ScreenMaster can engrave an nearly limitless variety of anilox cylinders for many different printing applications.
The robust design of the ScreenMaster allows for a wide variety of single laser formats and is capable of supporting a wide range of anilox cylinders and sleeves from diameters of 2-in. (50-mm.) up to 24-in. (600-mm.), in cylinder lengths up to 276-in. (7,000-mm.). This makes the ScreenMaster the perfect solution for 24/7 production of anilox cylinders and sleeves.
