LENEXA, KS—Kocher+Beck USA L.P is pleased to announce the recently signed agreement with Lüscher Technologies AG, to sell the Multi DX UV CTP systems within the U.S. and Canada. Lüscher is well known for its high quality precision devices for the electronic imaging of offset and flexographic plates, in addition to textile and screen printing. With more than 2,400 installations in 60 different countries, Lüscher is one of the key players in the graphic arts industry.
Kocher+Beck, a globally recognized market leader in the field of rotary die cutting technology, introduced its “Tec Screen” silk screen material in 2009, followed by an entire range of equipment and consumables for processing screen plates. “We are extremely pleased and excited to be able to partner with Lüscher” says David Morris, president of Kocher + Beck USA. “As such, we are able to offer the U.S. and Canadian markets a complete screen solution and bring a much needed alternative to all screen consumers within the industry.”
Kocher+Beck will be concentrating on the Lüscher MultiDX UV CTP 220 and 240 systems, which were developed for label printing and applications in industrial printing, as the UV laser diodes allow ultra fast imaging of all offset and screen print forms.
