In addition, customers now have direct access via two new Priority Service email “Hot Lines,” assuring acknowledgement within minutes. Customers can place new orders, track existing orders, get answers to technical questions and schedule plant visits. The Customer Priority Service Hot Lines are monitored seven days a week, assuring prompt response to urgent matters as they arise, regardless of when.
