BOUCHERVILLE, Quebec—ETI Converting Equipment is hosting an Open House at its Boucherville, Quebec base facility on Thursday, Aug. 13, to demonstrate the performance of its new Mini-Cohesio equipped with a digital printing station.
Among the highlights of this one day event will be live demonstrations of the equipment in which the functionalities of the press will be seen as well as technical presentations done by ETI and Memjet representatives. Guests will see the machine’s capability to print on film and on paper from raw material to finished label.
This fast and innovative digital unit is fully integrated into the Mini-Cohesio machine to form a digital inkjet platform production label line.
This digital inkjet unit:
- Runs at 260 fpm
- Offers high quality printing of 14 micron dots at 1,600 x 1,375 dpi
- Produces photo quality color graphics in full process color with provision for an optional fifth color
The ETI Digital platform unit is the first equipment to produce inline finished labels using the digital technology.
Printers interested in attending the open house must fill out the registration form.
A cocktail will close the afternoon.
