GIRONA, Italy—Comexi Group has relied on David Centelles, current director of the Manel Xifra Boada Technological Centre, to consolidate the marketing department with his naming as corporate marketing director. By taking up his new position David Centelles will become part of the Comexi Group Executive Committee. He will combine this new position with the Management of the Technological Centre, assumed in 2013.
David Centelles has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Girona, MBA by EADA, along with superior studies in Industrial Marketing, Operations Management and International Business. His professional career is tied to the packaging industry, both rigid and flexible packaging. He has undertaken different positions of responsibility since his arrival to Comexi Group in 2006. From holding different positions in the technical service department and operations department until landing in the management of the Manel Xifra Boada Technological Centre.
Comexi Group management has valued David’s knowledge of the market along with his global and transversal vision of the company. This has been fundamental in naming him as corporate marketing director.
