Women of Flexo
The Women of Flexo is comprised of industry members who work to support and promote women in the flexographic industry through a variety of opportunities.
Members of the Women of Flexo are organized into four subcommittees, each of which represents a singular objective:
- Marketing/Strategy: Increasing awareness of the group, and defining its long- and short-term goals
- Recruitment: Coordinating with schools to find members and network
- Mentorship: Develop relationships between members new to the industry and those with experience
- Leadership Development: Work toward increasing female representation on panels, speaking opportunities and industry leadership roles
