ASL Print FX Continues to Earn Industry’s Highest Honors with Gallus RCS & ECS

ASL Print FX, with three North American locations, has earned an impressive 83 technical awards over the last 10 years—primarily for the high-end labels it produces for the wine and spirits market. To continuously earn such high honors requires the right “cocktail” of ingredients, which for ASL includes both its highly skilled operators and three Gallus presses installed at its Vaughn, Ontario location. Based on this previous success, ASL recently added a 10-color Gallus RCS 330 from Heidelberg to fuel growth and add versatility at its Napa, CA plant.

Heidelberg Sees Success with Gallus Products in North America, Adds Scot Neumann as New Sales Manager

Throughout much of 2020 and 2021, label and packaging converters alike have experienced tremendous demand for both their products and for shorter turnaround times from customers needing to keep grocery store shelves filled. As a result of this demand, Heidelberg has seen an uptick in its customers seeking to upgrade and add new Gallus narrow web presses to their production floors. Customers in the US, Canada, and Mexico have installed various Gallus presses in locations across North America over the past 18 months—with many customers installing the Gallus RCS, ECS, and Labelmaster machines.

Gallus Labelmaster Comes with New Features

The Gallus Labelmaster is now being delivered with extensive new and optimized features. The new operating concept not only ensures greater user convenience for the machine operator, but also less waste in the daily production.
