Wikoff Appoints Cara Gresio as Chief Commercial Officer

Wikoff has named Cara Gresio as chief commercial officer. She succeeds Jeff Czarnecki, who joined the company in 2023 and will remain involved during a transition period to support continuity for customers and the commercial organization.

Gresio brings more than two decades of experience in commercial leadership roles across specialty chemicals, fluoropolymers and advanced materials, sectors that share technical and market similarities with inks and coatings. Most recently, she served as business director at Daikin America, where she led key global business segments with responsibility for profit and loss performance, long-term contract strategy and cross-functional team management.

Earlier in her career, Gresio held leadership roles at Materion Corporation, including oversight of a $100 million global business. In that role, she focused on customer engagement and operational performance initiatives.

According to Wikoff, the appointment reflects the company’s continued focus on commercial growth and customer alignment as it advances its position in the inks and coatings market.

Headquartered in Fort Mill, South Carolina, Wikoff manufactures printing inks, coatings and color technologies for the graphic arts and printing industries.
