Mark Andy has expanded its presence in Southeast Europe through the appointment of Arben Graphic Systems (AGS) as its authorized distributor in the Western Balkan region. 

Under the agreement, AGS will be responsible for sales development and customer support in Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, North Macedonia and Kosovo. The partnership is intended to strengthen access to Mark Andy’s flexographic and hybrid press technologies, supported by local service and technical expertise. 

Arben Graphic Systems brings more than 25 years of experience serving the printing and packaging industry in the region. The company maintains offices and warehouse operations in Ljubljana, Zagreb, Sarajevo and Belgrade, providing a regional footprint for customer support. 

The AGS team, led by General Manager Stanko Kukulj, has experience across multiple areas of print production, including prepress, color management, consumables and press technology. The company has established relationships with label and packaging converters throughout the Western Balkans and has a strong presence in the printing inks segment. 

The collaboration reflects ongoing efforts by press manufacturers to expand regional support networks and provide localized service as demand for flexographic and hybrid printing solutions continues to grow.
