Hybrid Software appoints Ralph Boer as Northwest Territory Sales Manager

Hybrid Software, a leading provider of packaging design and visualization software, has announced the appointment of Ralph Boer as Northwest Territory Sales Manager. In this role, Boer will work closely with customers and partners in Northern California, the Pacific Northwest, and Western Canada, further strengthening Hybrid Software’s presence across this important packaging region.

Boer brings more than 20 years of experience in the print and label sector, spanning print production, prepress technologies, and capital equipment sales. Throughout his career, he has built a strong track record selling flexographic, digital, and hybrid press solutions to label and packaging converters in the western United States and Canada. His industry experience includes fourteen years with Mark Andy and, most recently, five and a half years with Durst Image Technology. Earlier in his career, Boer combined his prepress production expertise with the development, sale, and demonstration of digital technologies, including the DaVinci platform with Linotype-Hell/Heidelberg and later with Scitex.

“Ralph understands the challenges converters face because he has spent his career working across both conventional and digital print technologies,” said Pete Kincaid, Vice President of Sales – North America at Hybrid Software. “His experience and relationships in the western North American market will help us continue growing our presence and supporting customers as they modernize their production workflows.”

Boer added: “I’m excited to join the team and help converters across the region improve efficiency, simplify production workflows, and take advantage of Hybrid Software’s expanding portfolio of solutions.”

Boer holds a Bachelor of Science in Graphic Communications from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, and a Master of Business Administration from Pepperdine University. He is based in Northern California.
