Wikoff Names David Donnelly COO
Wikoff is consolidating operational leadership under a newly expanded executive role as the company continues advancing a broader enterprise transformation initiative across its manufacturing network.
The Fort Mill, South Carolina-based manufacturer of printing inks and coatings announced David Donnelly will become chief operations officer effective June 1. Donnelly joined Wikoff in 2025 as director of the company’s Project Management Office and has been leading an enterprise-wide operational transformation effort.
In his new role, Donnelly will oversee manufacturing, supply chain, quality, environmental, safety and health, PMO and IT functions. According to the company, combining those areas under a single operational leader is intended to support a more integrated and standardized operating model across the organization.
“David joined us a year ago with a clear mandate: strengthen our operational foundation to position Wikoff for growth,” CEO Mark Lewis said in the announcement. Lewis added that Donnelly has already helped establish a roadmap for transforming operations across the company’s network to better support customers and future expansion.
Donnelly brings more than two decades of operational and program management experience spanning manufacturing, defense and life sciences. Prior to joining Wikoff, he held leadership positions with EAI and AECOM, overseeing large-scale infrastructure, pharmaceutical and biological defense initiatives.
