Kevin Wegrzyn joins Yazoo Mills as director of accounting & administration. Kevin brings more than 30 years of executive financial leadership experience in the manufacturing industry, having worked with both Fortune 500 organizations and family-owned businesses. Throughout his career, he has helped companies align financial strategy with business objectives, improve operational performance, and position their organizations for long-term success.

His expertise spans financial planning and analysis, global financial management, strategic planning, forecasting, capital management, mergers and acquisitions, and organizational development. Kevin has successfully led financial operations across North America, Europe, and Asia while partnering with executive leadership and boards of directors to strengthen profitability, improve decision-making, and support sustainable growth.

In addition to leading complex financial organizations, Kevin has directed post-acquisition integration efforts, implemented enterprise-wide ERP systems, and developed long-range financial models that enhanced operational efficiency and provided greater visibility into business performance. His collaborative leadership style and strategic mindset have consistently helped organizations improve financial transparency, streamline processes, and achieve their long-term objectives.

Kevin earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Millikin University in Decatur, Illinois, and is a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA).

Family is especially important to Kevin. He and his wife, Jen, have three children, Jared, Josh, and Aly. One lesson he has always emphasized with his children is to find their passion and build a career around doing what they love. That same philosophy is part of what Kevin enjoys about working with family-owned businesses: helping them envision the future, grow, and build upon what makes them successful.

Outside of work, Kevin has spent much of the past decade managing and coaching his daughter’s travel softball team. He continues to stay involved in the sport by hosting a high school softball clinic on weekends during the winter. With his youngest daughter, Aly, now off to college, Kevin and Jen are officially empty nesters, and Kevin is finding a little more time for new hobbies.

When he isn’t coaching softball, Kevin enjoys spending time on his boat at Codorus State Park, working out, walking the family dog, Nash, and tackling projects around the house and yard. He also uses his commute from Maryland as an opportunity to listen to leadership coaching lessons. One principle that has recently resonated with him is “Win the Day”—choosing one meaningful priority each day, focusing on accomplishing it, and ending the day knowing progress was made.
