FTA Recognizes Sustainability Excellence Award Winners at 2026 FORUM INFOFLEX

MILWAUKEE, WI — The Foundation of the Flexographic Technical Association (FFTA) has recognized C-P Flexible Packaging and DuPont Cyrel Solutions as recipients of the 2026 Sustainability Excellence Award, honoring innovations that advance environmental responsibility within the flexographic printing industry. Both companies were recognized at FTA’s 2026 FORUM INFOFLEX during the Awards Banquet on Sunday, April 26, 2026.

The award highlights organizations making measurable progress through material innovation, process improvements, and sustainable production practices across the packaging value chain.

C-P Flexible Packaging, through its Garlock Flexibles division, was recognized in the Product/Processes category for its development of die-cut rollstock using compostable materials. The solution supports improved end-of-life outcomes while maintaining compatibility with existing packaging formats, enabling brands to adopt more sustainable materials without sacrificing performance.

DuPont Cyrel Solutions was honored in the Innovation in Sustainability category for DuPont™ Cyrel® ReNew, a technology designed to improve sustainability in flexographic platemaking. The solution supports reduced material waste, increased plate longevity, and more efficient production processes, helping lower environmental impact while maintaining print quality.

Together, these innovations demonstrate how companies across the flexographic supply chain are advancing sustainability through both materials and technology.
