MCC Restructures Leadership With Strategic Appointment

Multi-Color Corp. is reorganizing several key business functions under a unified leadership structure with the appointment of Li Wen as senior vice president of marketing and product management for the Americas. The move signals a broader effort to align market strategy, product development and technical expertise more closely across the company’s label and packaging operations.

Wen joined MCC effective May 18 and brings experience from leadership roles at Avery Dennison, Apple, BASF and Ecolab. Most recently, he served as vice president of graphics solutions global at Avery Dennison, where he led a business generating more than $600 million in annual revenue.

According to MCC, the new structure combines marketing, product management, technical development, technical services, research and development, pricing and estimating into a single organization. The company said the integrated approach is intended to improve how customer insights, innovation priorities and commercial strategy connect throughout the business.

Felix Angst of MCC said Wen’s background in materials science, commercial leadership and global business strategy made him a strong fit for the role as the company continues evolving its operations and market position
