Infigo Directors Offer Exclusive Online Chat Sessions to Industry Peers

CRAWLEY, England—Douglas Gibson, Infigo founder and CEO, and his team are chairing exclusive online chat sessions to share their knowledge on how industry peers can optimize their print software solutions. The invite is open to anyone in the printing industry, whether they use Infigo’s web-to-print software or not. During the interactive and informal chat, attendees can ask questions and get invaluable advice from an experienced member of Infigo’s team.

Gibson explained the initiative: “Having founded Infigo over 10 years ago, I know firsthand what businesses go through to survive and thrive within the printing industry. My team and I would like to offer our undivided attention during an informal chat, so we can pass on our knowledge on how to drive volume to your print devices. I love it when I see businesses drive success, especially by effectively using a web-to-print system.”

After having serviced over 2,000 brand and supplier websites worldwide, Infigo’s team has accumulated a wealth of knowledge. With that in mind, Gibson has invited two other members of the Infigo leadership team to help attendees when the topics are related to their areas of expertise.

Greg Young, customer success director, shared: “I have been with Infigo Software for seven years, after spending three years as a customer myself—which means I have plenty of experience from both sides of the table. I’m also a passionate advocate for successful web-to-print implementation. I believe that if companies can offer a straightforward and effective web-to-print solution, then the end user will keep coming back for more—it’s as simple as that.”

Alex Bowell, technical operations director, has been in the company since 2014 and leads its in-house development team. He said, “In this role, I have the opportunity to work closely with customers to understand their needs and find solutions through automation and technology. I would love to discuss the tech side of your business with you and share tips on how you can make the most of your web-to-print solution.”
