Danielle Foley, BASF

Danielle leads the Product Safety & Stewardship team and serves as the sustainability champion for BASF’s North American Dispersions & Resins business unit. Heading the sustainability workstream, she supports implementation of the unit’s sustainability roadmap, focusing on the circular economy, sustainable solutions and climate protection.

Danielle has been with BASF for 13 years, with previous roles in sales and product management. She holds a B.S. in chemical engineering from Bucknell University.

Regina Escandon Millet, BASF

Regina has been with BASF for almost four years, most recently as commercial marketing manager for printing and packaging, EDJ, NA in Charlotte, NC. Earlier roles saw her supporting the ED adhesives, paper coatings, and printing and packaging businesses as technical sales representative in BASF Mexicana, as well as serving as new business development specialist in ED for all the industries and supporting X-BU opportunities in Mexico.

Regina holds a bachelor’s degree in pharmaceutical biological chemistry from Universidad Nacional Autónoma de Mexico, UNAM, and a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from Universidad Iberoamericana, UIA and three diplomas in new food product development, cosmetology at UNAM and leaders that challenge the future at Tec de Monterrey.

Andrew Seecharan, BASF

Andrew is a technical specialist at BASF with a focus on the printing and packaging industry in North America. He has held various technical and commercial roles at Sun Chemical, Cytec Industries, Hartness Inks and BASF, which provide a balanced perspective enabling him to partner effectively with customers. In addition to technical and industry experience, an M.B.A. in marketing and a master’s in project management complement his skillset.

As technical specialist, Andrew utilizes his extensive product development and industry experience to help customers identify BASF products that exceed expectations in their formula development work and overcome application challenges.
