Proper Ink Metering and Its Relationship to Healthy Anilox Rolls

There is a direct correlation between a proper doctor blade setup and anilox roll longevity. Most printers know this but have a hard time understanding the “Why” of how they correlate.

Join Johnny as he gets into the “Why” of it all during his detailed presentation. He will cover many aspects of setup, proper doctor blade selection, doctor blade tip configurations and why there are so many choices.

Johnny will also explain how a simple end seal can play a big role in anilox roll wear and damage. These are all key ways to extend anilox roll and doctor blade life.
