Tucker Norton
Tucker Norton is the Vice President and General Manager of the Printing & Films businesses within DuPont. His responsibility covers four business units, including Cyrel® Flexographic Solutions, Artistri® Digital Printing Solutions, Tedlar®, and PPC. In his current role, he is passionate about hands-on people leadership, mentoring, and applying an enterprise perspective to drive revenue and earnings growth.
In his 28 years at DuPont, Tucker has had a variety of leadership roles including M&A, investor relations, innovation, and strategy. Originally trained as an engineer, he took on a number of diverse assignments across businesses and functions while bringing a customer-centered mindset to his teams' work. His global experience includes nearly three years living and working in Shanghai, China with responsibilities for the broader Asia Pacific region.
Tucker earned his B.S. chemical engineering from the University of Delaware and Ph.D. in chemical engineering with honors from the University of Virginia. He received an MBA with honors from Darden Business School at the University of Virginia.
In his free time, he is the Board Chair of the Food Bank of Delaware, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing food and training to address food insecurity.

Carrie Aaron, Hub Labels
Carrie Aaron is the General Manager at Hub Labels, where she brings 20+ years of people management experience, including time as VP of HR. She holds an MBA from Mount St. Mary's and is a proud High Point University grad. A former SHRM chapter president, Carrie is passionate about mentoring the next generation of HR professionals. She believes real growth starts with strong teams and clear purpose, and she's known for building people up, solving problems, and never settling for "good enough." When she's not leading at Hub Labels, you'll find her in the stands with her husband cheering on their kids from one field to the next.

Kenny Tucker
Kenny serves as the Director of Technical Education at the Flexographic Technical Association. Previously, he held the position of Assistant Director at Clemson University's Sonoco Institute of Packaging Design and Graphics. A 2004 graduate of Clemson University with a bachelor's degree in Graphic Communications, Kenny began his career at Sealed Air Corporation, where he worked across various roles, including prepress, color management, inkjet and remote proofing, workflow automation, expanded gamut printing, press characterizations, and managing graphic technologies. He later joined Anderson & Vreeland as a Technology Specialist, focusing on the installation of plate-making equipment, RIP software, and inkjet proofing solutions. Before working for Clemson, Kenny worked as Production Manager at Frontier Label, now Sttark Labels, overseeing inventory procurement, label production, project management, and maintenance operations. In 2019, he returned to Clemson University, coordinating industry-focused projects, seminars, research initiatives, and training workshops. In his free time, Kenny enjoys fishing, camping, and spending quality time with his family.
