Brad Gasque, Dupont
Brad received a BS in Graphic Communications from Clemson University in 2011. He was hired at Clemson’s Sonoco Institute of Packaging Design and Graphics to manage the Advanced Print Technologies lab along with R&D projects and teach for university classes and industry seminars. Brad joined DuPont™ Cyrel® Flexographic Solutions in 2015 as part of their Technical Service Team where he supported customers with troubleshooting plate/print issues, performing audits, and conducting hands-on training. In 2023, he moved into a Technical Marketing Leader role for North America assisting the sales and marketing teams in Cyrel.

Carrie Aaron, Hub Labels
Carrie Aaron is the General Manager at Hub Labels, where she brings 20+ years of people management experience, including time as VP of HR. She holds an MBA from Mount St. Mary's and is a proud High Point University grad. A former SHRM chapter president, Carrie is passionate about mentoring the next generation of HR professionals. She believes real growth starts with strong teams and clear purpose, and she's known for building people up, solving problems, and never settling for "good enough." When she's not leading at Hub Labels, you'll find her in the stands with her husband cheering on their kids from one field to the next.

Kenny serves as the Director of Technical Education at the Flexographic Technical Association. Previously, he held the position of Assistant Director at Clemson University's Sonoco Institute of Packaging Design and Graphics. A 2004 graduate of Clemson University with a bachelor's degree in Graphic Communications, Kenny began his career at Sealed Air Corporation, where he worked across various roles, including prepress, color management, inkjet and remote proofing, workflow automation, expanded gamut printing, press characterizations, and managing graphic technologies. He later joined Anderson & Vreeland as a Technology Specialist, focusing on the installation of plate-making equipment, RIP software, and inkjet proofing solutions. Before working for Clemson, Kenny worked as Production Manager at Frontier Label, now Sttark Labels, overseeing inventory procurement, label production, project management, and maintenance operations. In 2019, he returned to Clemson University, coordinating industry-focused projects, seminars, research initiatives, and training workshops. In his free time, Kenny enjoys fishing, camping, and spending quality time with his family.
