PJ Fronczkiewicz, Joe Riccardella Receive FTA President’s Award

BOHEMIA, NY—FTA has announced two recipients of a 2021 FTA President’s Award, given by the Association’s president to industry members who demonstrate a significant dedication to aiding in its endeavors.

The individuals were unveiled as part of FORUM 2021’s Awards Presentation, kicking off the Association’s two-week technical conference.

This year’s honorees are:

  • PJ Fronczkiewicz, product manager at XSYS Global, a division of Flint Group. As an experienced speaker at FTA events—including FORUM, Fall Conference and Membernars—and through active participation with FQC and the FIRST Executive Committee, PJ demonstrates an unwavering desire to share his knowledge and experience
  • Joe Riccardella, continuous improvement manager at ABX Innovative Packaging Solutions. Joe’s focus on continuous improvement—not only of the flexographic print process but also its practitioners—shines through in his work on FQC research projects, serving on multiple FQC committees, speaking in and co-chairing FORUM sessions, and achieving FIRST Implementation Specialist Certification

“This year’s FTA President’s Award recipients are unique in their individual skills and in what they bring to the Association and the flexographic community. But they are alike in several key qualities: Volunteerism, dedication and selflessness,” said FTA President Mark Cisternino. “It is a privilege to recognize PJ and Joe for the numerous ways in which they strengthen this industry.”
