FTA to Launch On-Site FIRST Level One Training AT 2025 FTA Technical Conference Offering Professional Certification for Entry-Level Printers

The FTA’s educational initiatives are guided by seasoned professionals such as Kenny Tucker, who serves as the director of technical education Tucker’s extensive background includes his prior role as assistant director at Clemson University’s Sonoco Institute of Packaging Design and Graphics. His career also encompasses diverse experience at Sealed Air Corp, where he worked across areas like prepress, color management, inkjet and remote proofing, workflow automation, expanded gamut printing, and press characterizations. He further contributed as a technology specialist at Anderson & Vreeland, focusing on the installation of plate making equipment, RIP software, and inkjet proofing solutions. Before his return to Clemson University in 2019 to coordinate industry-focused projects, seminars, research initiatives, and training workshops, Tucker served as production manager at Frontier Label, now Sttark Labels, overseeing inventory procurement, label production, project management, and maintenance operations.
