FTA Invites Industry Input to Shape the Future of Flexographic Training
The Foundation of the Flexographic Technical Association (FTA) continues its long-standing commitment to advancing technical education for the flexographic industry. Guided by the training motto, “By the industry, for the industry,” FTA develops educational opportunities designed to meet the real-world needs of professionals across the flexographic community.
In 2026, FTA established its first Training Programs Task Force to strengthen and expand the organization’s training initiatives. Comprised of industry professionals, the Task Force is evaluating current training resources, identifying gaps, and recommending improvements that better support the professional development needs of the industry.
The goal of this initiative is to ensure that FTA training opportunities remain relevant, practical, and aligned with the evolving challenges and skills required in flexography.
To support this effort, FTA is inviting members of the flexographic community to complete a short survey to help the Task Force better understand:
- Which types of training would be most valuable to you or your organization
- What additional knowledge or skill development is needed in the industry
- How FTA can improve the accessibility and effectiveness of its training programs
Industry feedback will directly influence the Task Force’s recommendations and the future direction of FTA training. The more responses received, the better FTA can ensure its programs reflect the real needs of the flexographic community.

Participants who complete the survey will receive 10% off their next FTA training purchase.
FTA is also seeking additional industry professionals interested in contributing to the development of future training initiatives. Those interested in participating in the Training Task Force are encouraged to contact Kenny Tucker, Director of Technical Education, at [email protected].
