Wikoff Color Corporation Acquires Verti Produtos Químicos

FORT MILL, SCWikoff Color Corp. has completed the acquisition of Verti Produtos Químicos in São Paulo, Brazil. The transaction closed on Nov. 30.

Verti was established in 2006 when its three founders, with their wide range of experience in the packaging and graphic arts industries, decided to capitalize on their knowledge and capabilities in an innovative way by providing exceptional technical service and unique products. Since then, Verti has remained a customer-driven company, with a goal of keeping long-term customer relationships at the forefront of their business.
