SUNNE, Sweden—PrimeBlade Sweden has appointed Tom Orbien as technical sales manager Asia/Pacific. In his role, he will be in charge of technical sales and technical support to customers in the Asia and Pacific area.
Tom has worked in the flexible plastics printing and packaging industry for almost all of his working life. He practically grew up on the production floor, being fully and heavily involved in the manufacturing and technical processes as well as in the overall operational management of the printing and packaging businesses in Melbourne, Australia and also in the Philippines.
Tom joined MDC Daetwyler Singapore in 2012 as technical sales support, specializing in providing technical assistance to clients and agents in their doctor blade side of the business as well in their rotogravure cylinder-making line facility for the Southeast Asia market region.
