TLMI President to Step Down, Search Commences for Replacement

MILFORD, OH—The TLMI Board of Directors announced that Dan Muenzer will be stepping down from a highly successful transitional role as association president later in 2020. Muenzer moved into the position in 2017, following a term as the association’s chairman, and he now looks forward to the pursuit of other career interests.

Muenzer commented, ”I have loved every minute of this job and every minute I have spent in the label printing industry. When the vacancy abruptly occurred for the role of association president in 2017, I was thrilled to take on the challenge and to bring my ideas and energy to taking TLMI to new heights, and I am gratified with the results. I will always deeply appreciate the TLMI family as I explore wider interests. I am excited to see what the future brings.”

Muenzer will continue to serve as TLMI president until his successor is in place.

Michael Ritter, TLMI’s chairman, commented, “We all wish Dan well as he embarks on a new path that fulfills his passions and interests. Our association has flourished during his tenure. Converter membership remains at an all-time high, and TLMI’s leadership position in the label industry is exemplified through its involvement with other complementary industry associations and groups. Dan’s energy, humor and enthusiasm will be missed, and I wish him the very best on his next adventure.”

The Board of Directors has opened the search for a new president to the greater label printing industry. Details for individuals interested in the position will be announced in the near future.
