Sweflex has elected Ulrik Fauhlér chairman of its board, marking a new chapter in the Swedish flexographic association’s leadership.

Fauhlér was one of the founders of Sweflex in 1995 and has remained a longtime contributor to the association. FTA Europe says his experience, commitment, and passion for the flexographic printing industry will support him in the new leadership role.

FTA Europe also recognized Göran Dahl and Leif Backman for their years of service and contributions to the development of Sweflex and the broader flexographic community.

The leadership transition follows a recent Sweflex seminar that brought together members from Sweden and representatives of Danish Flexo Forum to share knowledge, strengthen industry relationships, and encourage collaboration across the Nordic region.

FTA Europe says it plans to continue working closely with Sweflex to support the advancement of flexographic printing throughout Europe.
