Flexo Concepts, a global leader in the development and manufacturing of plastic doctor blades, has appointed Phil Ryan as president. During his 15-year tenure at Flexo Concepts, Ryan has built a deep understanding of the business and a strong record of cross-functional leadership, having held multiple positions within the company.

Most notably, Ryan led efforts to modernize the business through projects related to digital transformation, the building of FC Marketplace—the company’s ecommerce site—paperless manufacturing and the integration of AI-driven tools.
