Inovar Packaging Group Acquires Killper Corporation

Inovar Packaging Group, a leading provider of innovative and sustainable label printing and packaging solutions, has acquired Killper Corporation, a producer of stretch sleeves, roll-fed labels and printed film solutions.

Killper serves short-to-medium-run regional and national customers across a diverse set of end markets, including food and beverage, household chemical, pet food, industrial and janitorial/sanitation. The second-generation, family-owned company is known for its wide web, its flexo printing and converting capabilities and its ability to deliver high-quality, value-added solutions with fast turnaround times and superior service.

According to Inovar, the acquisition broadens the company’s product capabilities, while expanding its Midwest footprint and represents another step in the company’s strategic growth plan as it broadens its national platform and invests in differentiated labeling and packaging technologies.

“As we grow, we continue to pursue strategic acquisitions and partner with leadership teams that align with our values, enhance our technical capabilities and expand the solutions we offer our customers,” commented Jeff Brezek, CEO of Dallas, Texas-based Inovar, which operates 14 locations nationwide.
