LUXEMBOURG, LU—On Oct. 24, B.C. Jindal Group completed the acquisition of Treofan Holdings GmbH, Germany (“Treofan Europe”). Treofan Europe is a major manufacturer of biaxially oriented propylene films (BOPP films) for packaging, label, tobacco and technical applications in Europe.
