Excellence in Flexography Awards Judging Task Force

Industry members who oversee the annual competition. Each member is tasked with overseeing one of the five teams of judges and guides them through the process of evaluating entries, settle scoring disputes and guide the competition’s policies.

2026 FORUM INFOFLEX Task Force

Comprised of industry members who orchestrate the technical sessions at each year’s FORUM INFOFLEX. Each member serves as the chair or co-chair of a session, selecting speakers, designing the session’s setup and use of time, and determining how to cover the topic around which their session is to be designed.

Hall of Fame Task Force

Comprised of individuals who represent the full membership of the FTA Hall of Fame and work with the FTA president to execute and oversee the annual voting process. The Committee also works to achieve consensus among all members in representing the body’s purpose among all members of the FTA.

Sustainability Excellence Award Judging Task Force

Comprised of industry members looking to encourage and promote participation in the worldwide movement to achieve the economic, social and environmental success of the graphic communications industry through sustainable printing practices. Members provide input into sustainability products and events, regulatory issues and awards programs.

Technical Innovation Award Judging Task Force

Comprised of industry members tasked with judging entries in the annual FTA Technical Innovation Award Competition. Members are responsible for developing and maintaining rules, regulations and the process for judging the significant technical achievements in the flexographic industry recognized in the Competition.

Member Dues Task Force

This task force is charged with reviewing the association’s current membership dues structure in light of today’s economic climate and the value delivered to members. The group will evaluate potential dues models, determine the approach most appropriate for the association and its membership, and make a formal recommendation to the FTA Board of Directors.

Workforce Development Task Force

The Workforce Development Task Force will assess the current state of the flexographic industry’s workforce and identify practical, adaptable solutions to today’s hiring and retention challenges. Recognizing there is no one-size-fits-all approach to workforce development, the group will explore strategies that reflect the diverse needs of flexo companies. Recommendations, including those that may require association investment, will be presented to the FTA Board of Directors as appropriate.

2026 FTC Task Force

The FTA Technical Conference is driven by the expertise and leadership of dedicated industry volunteers who serve on the Technical Conference Task Force. Comprised of the Conference Chair and expert session speakers, this group plays a vital role in shaping the technical direction, educational value, and overall impact of the event.
