Women of Flexo is comprised of industry members who work to support and promote women in the flexographic industry through a variety of opportunities.
Representing the Women of Flexo is a group of four Leadership Teams, each of which focuses on a singular objective:
Targeted Audience
- Reach printers, converters, brand owners, and industry decision-makers seeking innovative solutions.
Recruitment and Engagement
- To actively engage with women in the Flexographic industry to network, empower recruitment and reinforce retention.
Mentorship
- Develop relationships between members new to the industry and those with experience.
Leadership Development
- To promote female engagement and increase their visibility in the flexographic industry through opportunities for leadership, career development and networking.
