Bobst, Co-ëFficiënt To Host From Theory to Performance Open House

BOBST and Co-ëfficiënt will host ‘From Theory to Performance’, an operations-focused open house running on November 17–18 2026 at the BOBST Atlanta Competence Center in Cumming, Georgia.

The event will examine how converters can move beyond general discussions about efficiency and create a practical path toward measurable improvements. Led by John Anderson, Director, North America Operations & Consulting at Co-ëfficiënt, the day has been curated to offer insights on topics including overall equipment effectiveness (OEE), uptime, throughput, waste, and production consistency.

This will enable attendees to experience the benefits of stronger process control and standardization for themselves, creating more predictable results from job to job and improving efficiency across production lines.

“Converters are under constant pressure to produce more while maintaining quality and controlling costs. This event is designed to connect the individual parts of the workflow and show where practical improvements can begin,” explained Katie Graham, MarCom Director Americas at BOBST. “By bringing Co-ëfficiënt’s operational perspective together with the technology and demonstration capabilities of the Atlanta Competence Center, we can productively lead the conversation from individual features to measurable production outcomes.”

A key focus will be the role of process stability in making extended color gamut (ECG) printing a repeatable production practice at scale. The program will explore why disciplined job preparation, standardized setup, operator confidence, and reliable data are essential to realizing the many quality and efficiency benefits of ECG technology, connecting process-improvement principles with demonstrations across the production workflow.

“Most operations already know the outcomes they want – more uptime, less waste, and stronger throughput – but they do not always have a clear view of where performance is being lost,” said John Anderson of Co-ëfficiënt. “Our goal is to help attendees better understand those gaps and identify practical steps they can evaluate within their own operations.”

Plant managers, operations leaders, production and quality teams, process engineers, prepress and print leaders, and converters exploring ECG, automation, or workflow standardization are all encouraged to secure their attendance. Visitors registering on the first day (November 17) can also enjoy an offsite evening networking reception following the conclusion of the program.

Spaces are highly limited on both days to ensure each attendee can receive a carefully curated, highly valuable experience. To register or to view the event schedule, visit https://go.bobst.com/AtlantaCo-EfficientOH26
