The nominations are in, and excitement is building. Created to recognize 20 outstanding professionals aged 35 and younger, FTA Rising 20 celebrates the people already making their mark on flexography and package printing — and showing plenty of promise for what comes next.

Nominees came from virtually every corner of flexography from carpet to cement. As managers, mentors, peers and individuals themselves were invited to spotlight emerging professionals from across the industry. Nominees could come from the pressroom, prepress, engineering, operations, research and development, sales, education and beyond.

With the August 1 deadline now behind us, attention shifts from nominations to anticipation.

Who will be named among FTA’s first Rising 20? We won’t have to wait long to meet them.

The inaugural FTA Rising 20 honorees will be revealed in Sept. 2026 next issue of FLEXO Magazine. The issue will put the spotlight on 20 emerging professionals whose work, ideas, and dedication are helping move the industry forward.
