The Tag and Label Manufacturers Institute (TLMI) and the Foundation of Flexographic Technical Association (FTA) are partnering to host IRL: Emerging Leaders Meetup Powered by TLMI LLT and FTA LIFT at LOUPE 2026, inviting attendees to take a break from the show floor and make real-world connections in a relaxed, welcoming environment designed for authentic networking and relationship-building.

The event will take place on Wednesday, September 16, from 4:00–5:00 p.m. at the Spotlight Stage during LOUPE. Hosted by TLMI’s Label Leaders of Tomorrow (LLT) and FTA’s Leaders Inspiring Flexo’s Tomorrow (LIFT) program, the gathering is designed to foster meaningful connections among emerging leaders while strengthening industry-wide collaboration and workforce development efforts.

The networking event will also welcome representatives from RadTech, further expanding opportunities for attendees to learn about industry resources, engage with peers from across the supply chain, and build relationships that extend beyond the show floor.

Attendees will enjoy complimentary snacks and beverages while participating in an interactive networking activity designed to encourage authentic conversations and new connections in a relaxed environment.
