
ICScolor, A&V Celebrate Strategic Partnership
BRYAN, OH–Anderson Vreeland (A&V), a flexographic distributor for North America, recently feted its one-year partnership with ICScolor, Inc., the inventor and global leader of digital color proofing solutions.
A statement acknowledging the milestone decreed, “This collaboration has been a transformative alliance, merging ICScolor’s revolutionary digital color proofing solutions with the vast market reach and product portfolio of A&V. …Digital proofing has emerged as a critical tool in this transition, with ICScolor and A&V positioned among the key players advancing quality and operational efficiency.”
Further pronouncements held, “ICScolor has consistently set the standard for saving time and money while getting products to market more quickly by replacing hard copy proofs with digital color proofs. By uniting with A&V, it continues to leverage a network built upon decades of talent, an enthusiastic sales force, and a comprehensive understanding of customers’ evolving needs in the flexographic segment.”
Reports indicated, “The synergy derived from this partnership has been advantageous to both companies, as it dovetails ICScolor’s digital proofing solutions with A&V’s modern, technological portfolio. This includes the Hybrid product line-up which allows customers to takes advantage of ICScolor’s integration with Cloudflow.”
Shelly Swanke, director of digital solutions and equipment at A&V, expressed enthusiasm about the impact of this addition to the prepress portfolio. “It has enabled us to not only support our customers in streamlining their workflow, but also help brands bring products to market faster and more efficiently.”
Pointing to specific product lines, A&V listed out perceived benefits. Among them:
ICScolor Remote Director allows printers and trade shops to create and share proofs with clients and vendors digitally, so CPGs can get their product to market faster by eliminating the need for hard copy proofs.
Proofcheck further closes the loop on digital proofing with a viewing station that shows colors on any substrate and custom spot colors.
Finally, the PressCheck system is designed to show your customer press sheets for approval of the pressrun by directly sending the sheet to their office with this scanner, saving the cost and scheduling required for on-site press approvals. The scan is automatically added to the system that contains all color settings required to view the file accurately in the ProofCheck viewing station.
