Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be sent to FTA in writing by July 27, 2026 and are subject to a $100 fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after this date or for no-shows. Substitutions are welcome and must be sent to FTA in writing. No-shows are not eligible for refunds. We reserve the right to publish photographs of conference participants for promotional use. FTA reserves the right to cancel or modify conferences, rates, content or speakers without notice, as conditions warrant.

Code of Conduct
All attendees, speakers, sponsors, exhibitors, contractors, and guests are expected to conduct themselves in a professional, respectful, and lawful manner throughout the Event.

Harassment, discrimination, disruptive behavior, unsafe conduct, or inappropriate language will not be tolerated. Participants must comply with all Event policies, venue rules, and instructions from FTA staff.

FTA reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to remove any individual from the Event without refund for conduct deemed inappropriate, disruptive, unsafe, or in violation of this Code of Conduct.
