Flexo: Better with UV LED

Presented by Keith Nagle of Phoseon Technology

As flexography continues to evolve, converters are looking for more ways to improve their processes and increase their profits. In the pressroom, one of the ways they are doing this is with UV LED technology—by either replacing existing mercury UV lamps with UV LED lamps or purchasing new presses with this technology already installed. The benefits are immediate, and the savings are substantial.

Join Keith as he discusses positive impacts and benefits for converters, the full range of available inks and coatings, use cases for specific UV LED applications, life expectancy compared to mercury lamps, and case studies of companies that are benefiting from the technology.
