INFO*FLEX 2016 Show Floor Sees Record Activity; 245 Exhibit Spaces Already Sold

InfoFlex2016_34yrsBOHEMIA, NY – Sept. 22, 2015 – Flexographic Technical Association (FTA) today announced that in just the last six weeks, 36 exhibit spaces have been sold on the INFO*FLEX show floor. This represents a 15 percent increase in booth sales over the same period last year and brings the total number of booths occupied for the March 7 and 8 event to 245. When the show opens five months from now, the most comprehensive event for the package printing and converting industry will house a grand total of 290 booths in Halls D, E and F of the Fort Worth Convention Center, in downtown Fort Worth, TX.

“For the past five years running, INFO*FLEX has seen unmatched growth in both the number of exhibitors and attendees,” said Jay Kaible, FTA director of membership & business development. “As the industry talks about the convergence of tag & label and flexible packaging, it’s actually happening on the INFO*FLEX show floor. In just the last five years, tag & label attendance is up 50 percent, while the show floor saw 80 percent of the 2015 exhibitors catering to flexible packaging and 75 percent catering to tag & label.”

More than 2,000 printers/converters looking for faster makereadies, reduced downtime, and ways to trim the fat from their operations will walk the show floor. Their objectives: to network, pinpoint new and emerging technologies, absorb advice, and catch wind of the latest technologies waiting to be tapped. Every segment of the package printing and converting industry is represented on the show floor, including: flexible packaging, tag & label, folding carton/corrugated, printed electronics, digital printing, bags, envelope and towel & tissue.

Each year INFO*FLEX is held in conjunction with FTA’s Annual Forum, (March 6-9, 2016) themed “Power of the Past, Force of the Future.”

Exhibitor rates, per 10-ft. x 10-ft. exhibit space, are $3,350 for FTA members and $6,700 for non-members. Those companies interested in exhibiting should contact Jay Kaible at 631-737-6020 ext. 20 or visit the INFO*FLEX webpage for complete details, including the current floor plan.
