FTA to Offer “A Trainer’s Guide to Success” Session at its 2016 Fall Conference

2016_fallcon-wtaglineBOHEMIA, NY – August 18, 2016 – Training can be challenging, whether investing in yourself, your employees, or attempting to create a culture of continuous education. Flexographic Technical Association’s (FTA) 2016 Fall Conference will feature a session to tackle this ever-present topic. The 75-minute session, “Developing Productive, Profitable Talent—A Trainer’s Guide to Success” will take place on Tuesday, Oct. 11 from 8:30 a.m. – 9:45 a.m.

There are many ways to develop productive employees, and there are numerous benefits that a highly skilled workforce brings with it, such as increased productivity and efficiency, reduced employee turnover and increased job satisfaction. This session will feature expert panelists who have had direct experience training a workforce. They’ll share what works, what doesn’t, and what pitfalls to avoid when training a team. Attendees will discover how to maintain momentum and keep an eye on improving today, so a competitive edge is guaranteed for tomorrow.

FTA’s Fall Conference, themed “Improving Today…Envisioning Tomorrow” will take place Oct. 10-12 at The Galt House Hotel, a legendary destination among hotels in downtown Louisville, KY.
