Forum 2018 Takes on Taming Consumer Behavior

Forum 2018 logoBOHEMIA, NY – Feb. 21, 2018 – Creative design is the most powerful tool a brand owner has to attract a consumer the moment its product hits the store shelf. In an industry focused on increasingly complex designs, we tend to lose focus on the importance of stepping into the minds of the consumer through market research. Flexographic Technical Association’s (FTA) Forum 2018, will shed some light on the mind of a consumer as the third technical session of day two, “Taming Consumer Behavior Through Packaging Design” ensues on Monday, May 7 at 10:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.

Join the conversation as session co-chairs Kevin Bourquin, Cyber Graphics and Dawn Connell, Snyder’s-Lance lead a group of professionals who will walk through the various steps a package design goes through, from initial concept all the way to the pressroom floor.

“This session was designed with the package printer in mind,” said Connell. “Attendees should expect nothing less than an open and transparent conversation with creative design agency, consumer insight experts and a CPG brand owner, as we discuss real-life packaging design challenges and how printers can be champions for success!”

Engaging in the discussion will be:

  • Jason Edelen, We Are Alexander
  • Michael John, 3M Co.
  • Jerry Thomas, Decision Analyst
  • Jason Troutman, 3M Co.
