Ted Lapres Named to Wikoff Color's Board of Directors

FORT MILL, SCWikoff Color is pleased to announce that Theodore E. Lapres III has been elected as a director of the company. Ted joins Harvey Lowd, Pat Burns, Veda Clark, Karl Warnke, Phil Lambert and Geoff Peters as the seventh member of the board.

Ted served as the president, CEO and director of Nypro, Inc. from July 2006 until his retirement in 2013. During his 25 years with Nypro, where Ted also served as CFO and corporate controller, the business grew from an $80 million injection molding operation with eight locations to $1.2 billion in revenues with more than 40 locations in 15 countries. Under his direction, Nypro also became one of the largest employee owned companies in the U.S. Prior to joining Nypro in 1988, Ted worked in public accounting with a “Big Four” firm and served as corporate controller for a flexible packaging company.

Ted is a graduate of Dartmouth College, with a B.A. in history and holds an MBA from the Johnson School of Management at Cornell University. Additionally, he is a member of the Massachusetts Advanced Manufacturing Council and president of the Groton Conservation Trust. He also serves as chairman of the Community Foundation of North Central Massachusetts.
