Vetaphone Honors Top Sales Agents at Event

Vetaphone agentsKOLDING, Denmark—Corona treatment pioneer and global supplier to the narrow web market, Vetaphone, used the occasion of its annual Agents’ Seminar to reward its three best performing agents at a celebratory dinner in Koldinghus, the last remaining mediaeval castle in Jutland, Denmark. Presenting the awards, CSO Jan Eisby praised everyone involved in making 2015 another record sales year, and highlighted the different and exceptional contributions that each winner had made to the company’s continued success, which accounts for Vetaphone’s preeminent position in surface treatment.

The Award for “Long Term Loyalty” was accepted by Stig Nyman of Finland’s Oy Helge Jansson, for its close to 50 years of continuous service. The Award for “Best Expo Support” was handed to Dirk den Haese for his omnipresence on the Vetaphone stand at all of the key international exhibitions over a period of 16 years. The overall “Agent of the Year” Award for 2015 was given to POLYfilm of Italy. Handing the top prize to Luca Montalbetti, Jan Eisby stated that along with Giuseppe Rossi, who was unable to attend the ceremony, he had been responsible for achieving outstanding sales growth among the OEMs in Italy and secured a market leading position in a highly competitive marketplace.

Aside from the Awards, Vetaphone used the conference to introduce its new segmented electrodes and the iPM 200 generator module. Billed as the next step in the company’s upgrading of its iCorona generators, the new iPM 200 units are available in output modules from 3-kW. to 10-kW., and are, of course, UL approved. Recent major sales successes were also highlighted, including the supply of a special corona treater model for the largest blown film die in the world, at Finnish customer Rani Plast.
