WEST HARTFORD, CT—Matik Inc, a premier North American distributor of advanced European print and packaging technologies, and SENSOTEC GmbH, a German manufacturer of register control systems installed in more than 60 countries worldwide, have signed an exclusive North American distribution agreement throughout the US, Canada and Mexico.
SENSOTEC GmbH, founded in 1989, and based in Braunschweig, Germany, has been a leader in register control systems for narrow web presses—particularly for labels. Its German-manufactured SENSOTEC register control systems have been implemented in more than 1,000 presses worldwide.
SENSOTEC selected Matik due to its reputation as a distributor that provides exceptional sales and service. The company prides itself in providing customers up-to-date factory parts with US-based rapid-response service support.
