Pamarco to Buy Absolut Engineering

ROSELLE, NJ—Pamarco Technologies LLC expects to finalize the acquisition of Absolute Engineering, Ltd. of West Yorkshire, England and its American subsidiary Absolute Print Engineering, Hiram, GA; by July 31.

Absolute Engineering is a manufacturer of carbon fiber doctor blade chambers and the InkSave ink wash–up system, both of which are utilized in flexographic printing.

Whiteside will continue to direct Absolute’s business operations alongside David Burk, technical director, once the acquisition is complete.
