Multi-Color Corporation, better known as MCC, announced that industry veteran Max Winograd has joined the company as senior vice president of Smart Packaging Solutions (RFID).

Winograd brings more than 16 years of experience scaling smart, connected technologies across packaging and supply chain environments. Most recently, he served as vice president, Digital + Hardware Innovation at Avery Dennison.

In his new role, Winograd will lead the company’s Starport business and broader RFID portfolio.

His responsibilities include setting the vision, driving the strategy and advancing innovation across the Smart Packaging Solutions platform. His work will include expanding RFID capabilities across markets and regions, strengthening operational performance and accelerating the development of next-generation solutions for customers worldwide.
