The AVT system, Jet-IQ, is a closed loop solution for digital inkjet presses that works in synergy with press controllers to maintain heightened print quality.
Jet-IQ promises a combination of production speed and assurance. In addition to providing exemplary print quality even at high run speeds, the solution offers quick set-up and full reporting functionalities. As a result, presses may run not only faster but also more frequently.
Jet-IQ achieves this through a multi-faceted set of benefits. A nozzle performance and color control feature increases press productivity, and the system also can verify geometric parameters such as color-to-color registration, image placement and printing defects detection. Jet-IQ also monitors the integrity of both permanent and variable content, classifying possible print defects and automatically initiating corrective measures.
