GIRONA, Spain—Comexi Group held a two day seminar on Dec. 11 and Dec. 12 titled Solventless Printing Technologies, along with Sun Chemical, BASF and ESI, during which the firm presented its innovations in flexo and offset to more than 80 professionals.
Attendees were able to learn firsthand the benefits of ink technology and solventless printing machinery. Those innovations, three of which are already marketed and the fourth with projected availability in early 2014, offer an improvement in quality, lower costs and a reduced environmental impact.
After a theoretical seminar held at the Condes de Barcelona Hotel, Comexi hosted in its facilities a second practical workshop with the demonstration of its different technologies. The WB Comexi FLEXO F2 was the main focus of water based flexo printing for medium and long runs.
