GLENDALE HEIGHTS, IL—BOBST and APR will hold a Narrow Web Open House at APR’s Technical Center in Glendale Heights, IL on July 20, which will be dedicated to the latest technologies and trends in narrow web printing and converting for label and packaging converters.
The Open House will cover production solutions addressing converters’ challenges and topical issues relating to equipment efficiency, process control, digital workflow and best practices on flexo shop production floors. These will be explored and discussed by specialists from APR, BOBST, GEW, Flint Group and Eaglewood Technologies, also with an eye to future industry developments.
Two BOBST inline flexo presses will be demonstrated live:
- The M1 in its latest configuration is a competitively priced, high quality inline flexo press, highly efficient for the production of pressure sensitive labels
- The M5 is a full servo, multi-substrate inline flexo press, equipped with BOBST Digital Flexo technology, which enables complete automation of the production workflow
